Sally's background is in product marketing and go-to-market, recently having worked for a ClimateTech company sitting across the marketing, sales, and tech teams. In this role she ran her own team and also led the sustainability committee which involved Impact Reporting and being a key member of TechZero.

Being a city lead for Women and Climate, Sally organises London meet ups to discuss all things climate. She's also spoken on panels addressing issues such as how companies can begin measuring and reducing their carbon footprint.

Sally graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BSc in International Business with Spanish (with a year studying in Madrid). More recently she completed a Sustainability Management course.

In her spare time Sally enjoys playing sport, reading, hiking (mainly in the Lake District, where she's from) and eating good food.

Josh has extensive experience working in executive search and recruitment. In his most recent company he was Director of the European division, managing and growing this team and region. Josh has run searches, both retained and contingent, for senior roles all over Europe, APAC, and the US. The majority of his work was spread across Europe and US.​

Josh graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BSc in International Business.
 

Outside of work, Josh has lived in Barcelona and London and enjoys marathon running (two and counting), tennis, reading (mostly fiction, history, fantasy and climate books), and DIY (having done his own campervan conversion).
